When she was very young, she was in a cast, and the director told his assistant in Italian that Streep wasn't beautiful enough for a role in his movie. It turns out that the Rebel Without A Cause star was not only a rebel and good-looking young man, as here we see James Dean reading book poetry during breakfast in 1953. Dean became a cultural icon throughout the years, and nowadays, he’s considered one of the most important figures from his generation.
The American actor is also remembered for his roles in Hollywood blockbusters such as East Of Eden and Giant. Dean lived fast and died young at 24 after suffering a car crash accident in California. The young heartthrob became the first actor to receive a posthumous Oscar for Best Actor.

Diana Frances Spencer, later Princess Of Whales, became the first wife of Charles Prince Of Wales, the heir to the British Throne, on 29 July 1981. Since the beginning, the marriage had been under the public eye, and the couple didn't last for so long. Since the early 80s, Princess Diana became a significant public figure that stole everyone's heart.
Here we see a serious and perhaps self-conscious Diana posing for a royal portrait. Sadly, Princess Diana died in a car accident on the night of August 31st, 1997, while being stalked and followed by paparazzi. Nowadays, her legacy has been passed on to her sons, William and Harry.

Probably, The Beatles are considered the best rock band of all time. Formed in the early 60s by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, the fantastic four triggered a major Beatles’ fever all across the world. At present, people still listen to them, and new generations love the iconic band.
