Ever wonder how to burn off a few extra calories? It’s not very hard. If you just burn off 100 extra a day, that’s 700 a week. That can add up to a tidy amount of weight loss over time. Make love for about an hour. Several times a day will add up to….well you do the math depending on how many times you get your groove on.
Jog one mile in about ten minutes.
Jump rope for ten minutes.
Lift weights for about 15 minutes.
Stand up and bathe the dog for 30 minutes.
Pull weeds in your garden for 15 minutes.
Ride a bike for ten minutes.
Type at the computer for one hour.
Walk briskly for 15 minutes.
Play with your children vigorously for 15 minutes.
Dance for 20 minutes.
Sit and read for 50 minutes.
Do some general housecleaning for 30 minutes.
Jog up and down the stairs for 15 minutes.
Vacuum for 35 minutes.
Push mow the lawn for 15 minutes.
Wash your car for 20 minutes.
