Eating Chocolate to Help Back Pain Problems

I had a conversation with my girlfriend this morning and wanted to know whether chocolate can cure back pain. At first I thought it was a really stupid question, and just an excuse for all the desperate chocolate. But take a look at some facts.

First, I want you to understand that the problems of the pain further down are caused by poor posture or muscle imbalances and correct these things that you will probably caused the greatest improvement of back pain.

However, you can make your diet play an important role in inflammation. There are certain foods that cause inflammation in the body and other foods that can help cause the inflammation. The inflammation can put pressure on the nerves in the back and can cause back pain. Your diet can actually help or hurt your back. But where does the chocolate get into this debate?

Well, take a look at what types of foods cause and cure of back pain.

Who Hurt – These foods contain trans fats, saturated fats, and have a high glycemic index. You probably recognize these foods as fast food, red meat, muffins, cakes, biscuits and other things probably know at a certain level are not really good for you.

This Healing – These foods contain antioxidants, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. You can identify foods such as salmon, walnuts, blueberries and other fruits and fish.

Already we see that this is not good for the chocolate debate. But a look into the chocolate itself.

Cacao, the plant that chocolate is actually anti-oxidants. Antioxidants fight free radicals in your body, you probably know or have read some form of health or nutrition research recently. What you may not know is that free radicals can increase sensitivity to pain in the nerves of the spine. Antioxidants may help this problem.

But do not pour a liter of chocolate syrup in the groove right away. There is more.

Note that the last part especially cocoa, chocolate is not as we know in most Western cultures. You eat chocolate and chocolate cake look forward to the weekends are filled with sugar and milk.

Most forms of chocolate contain saturated fat in them, not “good for your back pain” category. Even with the milk chocolate with their high glycemic index.

These foods actually increase inflammation in the back and around the spinal nerves.

I’m sorry to say this, but worse, most forms of chocolate actually your pain. Yes, chocolate contains antioxidants, but it’s like washing a quick meal and high fat foods with a diet cola and hope that your weight loss.
