Well, there are many ways to get a nuke, but we shall start out with the basics such as perks, kill streaks, etc. The kill streaks must be harrier strike (hovering harrier), chopper gunner or AC130 (the chopper gunner is for more compacted maps, use the AC130 only for maps such as Wasteland and Afghan) and the Tactical Nuke, obviously. Now that that is cleared up, we shall start with the guns. The first gun could be any sniper and the secondary is the Spas with the grip. If you are good with a sniper, use it with the perks as follows:
Perk 1: Sleight of hand pro (so you can aim quicker when you see someone so they don’t get away)
Perk 2: Stopping Power pro is HIGHLY recommended, especially for snipers
Perk 3: What I use is steady aim pro so that if I see someone and they run and I’m still holding my breath, I can shoot the other enemy, so I’d recommend that.
Also, what you should do is higher your sensitivity because it helps you a whole lot.
Now, once you get a 7 kill streak, the rest should be fairly easy. All the Harrier has to do is get four more kills to get your chopper gunner/AC130, which should be able to do the rest. Keep in mind that it will be way more difficult to get a nuke, so let the other team have at least 5 people. Due to the retarded respawn points your enemy will get, you should be able to get it fairly easily.
Now, if you’re not the sniper type of person, you can always use an assault rifle. The best gun to use due to its ability to overpower the other guns is the SCAR-H. It is tremendously strong even without stopping power. Use it with a silencer and it should be quite easily. Use any bullet shooting secondary weapon, as long as it is silenced, so what can help you a lot is the pp2000 silenced. I will give you two good combinations with the perks
Perk 1: Scavenger
Perk 2: Cold blooded
Perk 3: Ninja
Since you don’t have stopping power, bullets take about 2 more to kills, and since you’ll be shooting more, more bullets go to waste.
Now Combination 2
Perk 1: Marathon or Sleight of hand
Perk 2: Stopping power
Perk 3: Commando Pro or Ninja
Alright, use these tips and you should be well on your way.
