Everybody knows the value of physical exercise. But it is a challenge for parents to make their children to have enough exercise. There are two reasons for this problem.
1. Parents are very scared of fast vehicles on the roads. Most of the parents consider, out of the house is not a secure place for children.
2. Children are interested in TV programmes and video games.
Anyhow children should not be allowed to sit with video games or TV. Parents should be careful, whether the children are having enough exercise every day. Here are some tips to make your child to have enough exercise.
1. Set a good example. You can’t expect your child to have enough exercise, if you spend much time in front of the TV or computer. You yourself should give importance to your own body movement.
2. If you expect your child to do any exercise, do it together with your children. Cycling, playing tennis, swimming etc. Doing together gives more security.
3. Dance gives much physical movements. Involve your children in dance and music. Everybody will have fun when dancing to music.
4. Send them to any sport training. football, volleyball, athletic etc. Admire their afford in sport whether they win or not.
5. Children love shopping. They like to buy their favourite foods and favourite toys. So walk to the shopping center with your children to buy their favourite things.
6. friends: let your children play with their friends. Children love to play with their friends. If you don#t allow them to play with their friends definitely sit with video game or TV.
