How to Make Penne Pasta with a Raw Tomato Sauce

Ingredients to make penne pasta with a raw tomato sauce

One box of penne pasta

Half a pound of tomatoes

Two celery sticks

One parsley leaf

One tablespoon of capers

One garlic clove

Three tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Black olives (how many or few as you like just make sure they are deboned)

A pinch of salt and pepper

The following recipe is easy to make and it takes about thirty minutes between cooking and preparing it plus the taste is very genuine and refreshing, and the following recipe makes for about four servings:

The first thing to do is to get the garlic, the celery sticks, the parsley and cut mince them then try to cut into small pieces the capers and the olives, and then clean and skin the tomatoes before cutting them in small pieces as well.

Put all of the ingredients that you cut into a bowl and add the three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper and let it stand so that it flavors well.

Now start bringing water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package directions and drain it. Once drained add the penne to the bowl with the raw tomato sauce and mix well before serving it and serve right away when the taste is better.

It is not recommended for this sauce to freeze it as it will lose its fresh taste
