Make Ready to Serve Pasteurized Yogurt in Less Than 10 Minutes

Things You’ll Need:

  • 16 oz of Sour Cream (I use the fat free kind for a healthier treat)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of fruit or nuts or anything else you want in your yogurt.

Instructions:

Wash your fruit mag-glass_10x10.gif/fruits you will be using. Cut off any green stems or leaves and remove the core if your fruit has a core. Then cut the fruit in to bite size pieces. Cut enough fruit to make 1 cup full.

Step3

Mix in the sugar. If the fruit you are using is sweet such as a banana than you may only need 1/2 a cup of sugar. However, if your fruit is sour like strawberries can sometimes be add the full cup of sugar.
