Things You’ll Need:
- 16 oz of Sour Cream (I use the fat free kind for a healthier treat)
- 1/2 to 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of fruit or nuts or anything else you want in your yogurt.
Open up the sour cream and dump it in to a bowl.
Wash your fruit /fruits you will be using. Cut off any green stems or leaves and remove the core if your fruit has a core. Then cut the fruit in to bite size pieces. Cut enough fruit to make 1 cup full.
Add the fruit to the sour cream . You can also add other things such as nuts or cereal. It is totally up to you.
Mix in the sugar. If the fruit you are using is sweet such as a banana than you may only need 1/2 a cup of sugar. However, if your fruit is sour like strawberries can sometimes be add the full cup of sugar.
Mix all of the ingredients together. Then it is ready to serve.
