We’ve all seen Tony Stark’s house in Iron Man and how it looks like the most spectacular house ever. Well, there are actually a few other houses that would give Mr. Stark’s multi million dollar mansion a run for its money. But, we’re here to talk about one specific house that surpasses the extent of the world luxury. Seriously, we can’t think of one word to describe it. The house is the most expensive one in America and costs a steady $250 million.

Not in the 19th century way, there’s a staff of seven people being sold with the house. Well, obviously, the 38,000 square feet of estate, a $30 million worth in cars and helicopters and a five-foot stainless steel model of Leica camera isn’t enough. The folks selling it went the full length and included a completely trained party to keep the house in great condition.

THE VISION

This ultra sleek, fancy and mind-blowing mansion was created by a real estate developer Bruce Makowsky. He was interviewed by Times and was nicknamed a 60-year old walking luxury ad. He spoke with the people there and said that the place was designed by comparing the homes of billionaires and incorporating all the pros in one place. His aim was to make their homes seem normal, and he certainly did that with his outstanding palace.

QUARTER BILLION PRICE TAG

Before this place, the most expensive house was one in California that was being sold at $117.5 million. Makowsky calls this house “Billionaire”. And, while it didn’t hit the three comma club, the 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms and three kitchens were enough to make it the most expensive in America.

ARRIVE IN STYLE

The entrance to the house is a well-lit staircase over a beautiful indoor pool. If your guests want a little swag added to the arrival, there’s a helipad over the stairs that can let ’em do just that.

THE VIEW FROM THE POOL

You think that the beach is fun because there’s nothing but water as far as the eye can gaze? That view is pretty great, but it’s nothing the Billionaire’s pool brings to the table. You can stare at the entire city of LA while working on your tan. If that’s not enough, there’s a 20-feet wide, 4k Ultra HD TV screen that can entertain you. There’s a lift that will drop the TV below your pool.

THE MEETING “HALLS”

Well, you’re sitting in a $250 million mansion, you’re going to be meeting a lot of partners and making business plans for them. And, we can assure you, the area for meeting Madowsky made will put your office conference halls to shame. Close out your deals in the bare sun with a glistening view of the LA skyline.

THE WINDOWS

It seems like Madowsky wants you to enjoy the view no matter where you are in the vast estate. In each of the 12 bedrooms, the guy installed floor to roof windows. Every morning you get to wake up with a clear view of the sunset. How cool is that?

THE GLASS STRUCTURES

The house focuses on decorating itself with nothing other than glass. Sure, there are brick and concrete structures where necessary, but Madowsky made sure to spare no expenses when it comes to glass.

THE BAR

Every part of this place is meant to excel places similar to it, and the house just puts bars and pubs to utter shame. With a we-dont-know-the-exact-size TV screen, comfy sofas, a dozen silver bar stools, a miniature Buggati in a glass box and sports cars indoors, this bar is the best in the entire world.

THE CARS

As we hinted earlier, there are about $20 million in cars stored away in the Billionaire. The list includes names like Buggati, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce.

WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE STAIRS

Oh, your entire house costs less than a million? Well, this house has a stainless steel staircase that costs a little over $2 million. Why not, eh?

MOVIE THEATER

You don’t need a cineplex anymore to enjoy a movie. There’s something much better incorporated in the Billionaire. There’s rooms for over 40 people, so there’s enough seats for your friends. Maybe they’ll even send the new Avengers before the premier for some special screening in the Billionaire.

WORKOUT IN STYLE

Obviously, there’s going to be a gym. The Billionaire’s gym is docked with the most expensive equipment in the world. The sheer glamour of the gym puts the Gold Gym to shame.

MASSAGE ROOM

Oh, you thought the gym was a great thing to have? Billionaire also has a massage room. “But, who’s gonna give the massages?” Don’t worry about that, there’s a trained masseuse included in the staff of seven.,

BOWLING ALLEY

As a billionaire, you’d like to have multiple ways of entertainment. And, the house has more than a few to keep you busy. There’s a bowling room in the house. How cool is that.
