Jennifer Lopez is quite experienced in actual luxury-real-estate matters; she owns a multi-million-dollar penthouse in Manhattan and a mansion in Hidden Hills. What’s more interesting is that this Bel-Air  seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom, 13,932-square-foot home spread out over eight acres was actually worth around $40 million but she managed to get it at $28 million. Mel Gibson’s luxury mansion spreads out over 400 acres in a remote area of Playa Barrigona, Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. It is comprised of three separate villas, spread across 12 bedrooms and 14 baths and it boasts breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and jungle. Good news? It is actually on the market for the at the modest price of $29.7 million! However, Mel Gibson seems to be struggling to get an offer. Also on the market? The next amazing mansion in Beverly Hills!

After her divorce from Gavin Rossdale, the former couple, who had purchased the 11,845-square-foot Beverly Hills estate for $13.25 million in 2006, listed the mansion in 2016 for $35 million only to have the price dropped to $29 million this year. Complete with a home gym, screening room, a 250-foot private driveway, at least six bedrooms and a master bedroom with an outstanding walk-in closet, this mansion is certainly equipped with everything a celebrity house needs…and actually, JLo did live in the same estate once!

#17. Lori Loughlin ($35 Million)

Full House star Lori Loughlin and her designer husband Mossimo Gianulli spent $15 million renovating this historical mansion from 1929. Also, this very house was owned by Charles Bronson in the 70s. However, even though Loughlin and Gianulli bought the property for merely $14 million they have invested another $15 million in it. Ms Dion, who also owns an 8,100-square-foot mansion in a prestigious gated development outside of Las Vegas, where she primarily lives, sold this ostentatiously opulent 24,000-square-foot chateau-style mansion on a 20-acre private island outside of Quebec in 2016 for approximately $25.5 million. This 17,000-square-foot mansion in Holmby Hills has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a wine room, a 35-seat theater. The two-story “European-style” estate also includes a pool and grotto connected by an underwater tunnel. Diddy is a neighbor to the Playboy Mansion. Dr. Dre purchased this $40 million mansion in Los Angeles from supermodel Gisele Bündchen and New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady. At first, it was thought that the couple would move into the house after its completion but after the mansion hit the market for $50 million, Dr. Dre was quick to make his move. His neighbors? Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith requested architect Stephen Samuelson that he designed an adobe-style home , with intimate spaces, organic forms, and handcrafted details. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, who have finally sold this Santa Barbara mansion for $34 million — $11 million below the original asking price in March 2017, explained that they just did not have the time to enjoy the mansion. The buyers are Netflix executive Ted Sarandos and his wife Nicole Avant, former US Ambassador to the Bahamas.The Villa similarly brings touches of the Old World to the New World,” states the press release announcing the original listing. After making a significant concession, actress Demi Moore could finally sell her triplex penthouse at The San Remo, a renowned building sitting at 75th Street and Central Park West. The 7,000-square-feet penthouse features six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, cherry wood floors and a colossal living room with three exposures and a fireplace. This 5,417-square-foot property, owned by British musician Sting and his wife, features double spiral staircases, fully-equipped spa bathrooms and a 43-feet of frontage on Central Park. The master bedroom suite includes a two dressing rooms, dual spa bathrooms and a sauna. Though at first they asked for $56 million, the Penthouse was sold for $50 million. You won’t believe the next house by the ocean!

It’s not the first time Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, tequila entrepreneur Rande Gerber, have upgraded and flipped a property: in 2015, they sold a 1.4-acre Malibu home for $13.341 million, which doubles what they originally paid. However, in this case, they purchased it for $50.5 million and even though they initially listed it for $60 million, they finally accepted an offer of $45 million. The 5,500 sq. ft. house is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, a tennis court, a path directly to the beach, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a three-car garage on 3.18 acres.

Howard Stern, America’s Got Talent judge and radio shock-talk personality found the dream house he was looking for with his wife, Beth Ostrosky: this 18,673 sq. ft. Palm Beach mansion with oceanfront pool with a view of Atlantic ocean. Since he bought this beachfront mansion, Stern has called on several contractors for major remodeling projects, in which he spent an estimated $13 million. This mega mansion on Jupiter Island, Florida makes any house in the world seem small! Tiger Woods and his then-wife Elin Nordegren, purchased this 12-acre grounds and the 9,000-square-foot-plus beachfront property in 2006 for $40 million. Bill Gates, Celine Dion and Greg Norman are among those owning properties on Jupiter Island, which is “home to some of the most famous and wealthiest people in the world,” according to Jeff Lichtenstein of JeffRealty.com. We’re sure Nicole Kidman is feeling sorry for not living in the next mansion!

Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise decided to take this mega mansion off the market (after two years of being listed) and it remains uncertain whether it will be re-listed. This 298-acre estate features a near-10,000-square foot, four-bedroom main house, a three-bedroom-guesthouse, a sports court for tennis, basketball and ice hockey, and a private trail system. Villa Oleandra, this eighteenth-century breathtaking estate in Laglio, a village on the western shore of Lake Como is the famous summer residence of George Clooney, who purchased it in 2002. Among the stars that Clooney welcomed in his house are Robert De Niro, the Beckhams, Catherine Zeta Jones, Michael Douglas, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The property is enclosed by a great botanical garden and is said to have 25 rooms, an outdoor theater, a pool and a garage for the actor’s motorbikes. Apparently, it took Gates about seven years and additional $63 million to build his Medina, Washington estate, named Xanadu 2.0 (as a tribute to the fictional home of Citizen Kane‘s Charles Foster Kane.) This 66,000 square feet home features 24 bathrooms, 6 kitchens and is equipped with high-tech details, our favorite one being the fact that the house is “earth-sheltered,” which means that it’s built into its surroundings to regulate temperature more efficiently.
